We take great care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive healthy, safe, and ready to thrive.
🚚 Shipping Schedule
Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and extended transit times.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) unless otherwise selected at checkout.
🌡️ Weather & Plant Safety
We closely monitor weather conditions at both our location in New York and your delivery destination to ensure safe transit.
❄️ Cold Weather Shipping
Cold Weather Protection is required for orders shipping to areas with temperatures below 45°F.
This add-on includes insulation and a heat pack when needed to help protect your plant during transit.
Orders placed without appropriate protection may not be eligible for damage claims related to cold exposure.
☀️ Hot Weather Shipping
Plants can be sensitive to extreme heat during transit.
During periods of high temperatures (80°F+), we may:
- Delay shipment to avoid unsafe conditions
- Adjust packaging to reduce heat exposure
Cold packs are not typically used, as they can create excess moisture and may harm plants in transit.
📦 Packaging
All plants are carefully packed using protective materials to minimize stress and movement during shipping. This includes insulation and cushioning to help regulate temperature and protect your plant throughout its journey.

- Please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly
- We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather when appropriate protection is not selected
- Delays caused by carriers are outside of our control, but we do everything possible to ship safely and efficiently
