Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns on live plants or soil products.

Damaged or Dead on Arrival If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup with a photo of the plant. We'll review each case individually and, at our discretion, offer a store credit or replacement.

Soil & Amendments Unopened soil and amendment products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

Grower's Choice Items Grower's Choice listings mean the specific plant may vary. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on variation in leaf pattern, size, or coloration within the described range.
